According to the Hong Kong-listed firm’s plan, Wilson Tollway, which currently has a 66.67% stake in Transport Infrastructure Management, will purchase a 13.33% stake in the management firm from AMEC for HK$17.5 million and will acquire a 20% stake in the management firm from China Resources (Holdings) Co Ltd for HK$28 million. Reportedly, a large mixed-use property project, a project located in Guangzhou and jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Guangzhou R&F Property Co Ltd<2777> and KWG Property Holding Ltd<1813>, has started construction.
