In addition, Xinhu Zhongbao plans to purchase a 49% stake in a Zhejiang-based property firm from Xinzhou Group for RMB 135 million, and will wholly own the property firm when the transaction is complete. The Zhejiang-based property firm, which has a registered capital of RMB 204 million, has a residential property project in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The three-phase project, which covers a land area of 360,900 square meters and has a potential floor area of 430,000 sq m, will cost RMB 1.4 billion.
