Shares of Fu Ji Food were suspended from trading in July as the company failed to publish its results for the last fiscal year ended Mar. 31. The company said last week that it appointed Deloitte as an independent financial adviser to finalize its fiscal year results. Fu Ji Food is mainly engaged in the provision of catering services, the operation of Chinese restaurants and theme restaurants, and the production and sale of convenience food products.
