China Qinfa Group Ltd<0866> declined 16.73% to HK$2.14 after it posted a year-on-year net profit plunge of 94.74% to RMB 10.89 million for the first half of this year. ABC Communications (Holdings) Ltd<0030> decreased 13.71% to HK$1.7. Oil stocks ended mixed. CNOOC Ltd<0883><CEO> rose 0.39% to HK$10.38.
